| Description Assists the Occupational Therapist with the administration of interventions utilized in occupational therapy and rehabilitation. May progress patients/residents in the treatment plan as developed by the Occupational Therapist. May provide direct clinical supervision for Rehabilitation Technicians; Massage Therapists; Athletic Trainers and Fitness Specialists. Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION: AS degree in Occupational Therapy, Bachelors degree preferred. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: One year REQUIRED LICENSURE: OT Assistant SPECIFIC SKILLS: Computer skills appropriate to position, Customer service skills, Organizational skills, Written and verbal communication skills, Work independently with minimal supervision, Teamwork.
