| Description Evaluates and develops specific treatment programs for individual patients/residents based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy. Responsible for providing the appropriate level of clinical direction for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants; Rehabilitation Technicians; Fitness Specialists; Massage Therapists; Occupational Therapy and Occupational Therapy Assistant students and volunteers. Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy, Masters preferred PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: One year clinical experience REQUIRED LICENSURE: Florida Occupational Therapy license SPECIFIC SKILLS: Computer skills appropriate to position, Customer service skills Organizational skills, Written and verbal communication skills, Work independently with minimal supervision, Teamwork |
