| Description The Occupational Therapy Assistant administers Occupational Therapy treatment to the individual and groups under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist. Conducts general activity programs and supportive maintenance programs independently with OTR consultation supervision. All duties and standards within this document will be performed according to established policies; procedures and guidelines within the department and the organization. Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION: AS in Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. REQUIRED LICENSURE: FL Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. REQUIRED CERTIFICATION: BLS. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum Two Years. |
