Senior Therapist- OT
Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) is a 335-bed acute care community hospital located on a beautiful suburban campus just north of Baltimore. We are seeking an experienced Senior Therapist to support our Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Departments.
The Senior Therapist resolves daily operational problems and implements performance improvement activities. This role regularly consults with physicians to ascertain patient and programmatic needs, assists with the oversight of case loads and staffing coverage, and assists in hiring and training of new staff.
Requirements include a BS or MS degree in Occupational Therapy, a current Maryland OT license, and 3+ years of related work experience with an exceptional work history. CPR Certification, supervisory and administrative expertise, and demonstrated organizational and analytical skills are necessary.
