Occupational Therapist
Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital

In this role you will develop and implement therapy programs aimed at maximizing function while educating clients regarding their limitations. You will engage in professional development that will advance the ethical and professional best practice of occupational therapy.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Occupational Therapy.


• Current IL license.


• One year of related work experience demonstrating familiarity with routines and procedures customary to the position.


• Knowledge of MDS system and experience in a SNF/ECF preferred.
