Description

Responsible for providing safe and effective Occupational Therapy services by implementing appropriate evaluation, treatment, and education, designed to meet the identified needs and functional goals of the patient. Hand and upper extremity experience is required for this position. Communicates effectively and professionally with patients, families/caregivers, and team members. Promotes teamwork. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program required. Current unencumbered Oregon Occupational Therapist license required. Healthcare Provider BLS required.
