We currently seek an Occupational Therapist to join us at our Chicago, IL location.




Qualifications:



  • Occupational Therapy Certification, AOTCB.

  • Occupational Therapy License, Illinois. Department of Professional Regulations.

  • Basic Life Support - American Heart Association.

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy if graduate prior to 2007. Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy on or after 2007.
