Schedule: Full time, part time & flex positions
Department: Physical/ Occupational/ Speech Therapy

Job Summary:
Provides assessment, plans & administers treatment using Occupational Therapy techniques as defined in the IL Practice Act for Occupational Therapists & in accordance with the physician's referral. Provides treatment & education to prevent, correct or alleviate a disability or to promote well-being.

Qualifications:
Must have degree from an accredited school with a program in Occupational Therapy. Must be registered and licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois. Previous experience in hand therapy preferred. May include a rotation of Inpatient, Outpatient & Home Health Care areas.
