Examines, evaluates, diagnoses, plans and provides quality therapy treatments that meet patient individual needs and are medically prescribed and necessary using the standards of professional practice. Exercises independent judgment for clinical decision-making and prepares all documentation required to support all aspects of patient care provided. Participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Performs other duties as assigned. Follows Palomar Health rules, policies, procedures, applicable laws, and standards. Carries out the mission, vision, values, and quality commitment of Palomar Health.
