Examines, evaluates, diagnoses, plans and provides quality therapy treatments that meet patient individual needs and are medically prescribed and necessary using the standards of professional practice. Exercises independent judgment for clinical decision-making and prepares all documentation required to support all aspects of patient care provided. Participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Performs other duties as assigned. Follows Palomar Health rules, policies, procedures, applicable laws, and standards.
